Is the Bento Box Leakproof?

Great question, and one we get asked a lot! MontiiCo's Bento lunch and snack boxes are leakproof for wet foods like yoghurt, dips, and thicker sauces, giving you peace of mind for everyday packing. They're not designed to be leakproof for runny liquids such as salad dressing, soup, or thin sauces.

If you're packing juicy foods like watermelon or citrus, here's a handy tip: pop a folded paper towel in the bottom of the compartment to soak up any extra moisture, or use one of MontiiCo's Bento Cups or Leakproof Dip & Sauce Boxes to keep everything neatly contained. A simple little trick that makes packing lunches so much easier!
