Physical Products are delivered by Australia Post or other trusted carriers. Please allow 2–14 days depending on your location.

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 14 days if you're unhappy with your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

We cannot accept returns on accidental breakage.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

🕐 Returns Timeframe

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return or exchange an item.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Tags must still be attached
Item must be in resellable condition

We cannot accept returns for:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Personalised products (unless faulty)
Accidental breakage
Gift cards
Digital products

Personalised products are created exactly as per the information entered at checkout, including names or custom details.
Please double-check all spelling carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors once production begins.

All products are subject to manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style (subject to stock availability). Just send the original item back, and we’ll send out the replacement.

Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error
