Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched with tracking from Buderim, Sunshine Coast Queensland with in 48 hours with Australia Post or Aramex.  

If you do not receive a tracking number please check your spam folder.  

During Peak times we strive to maintain quick dispatch but this is sometimes out of our control.

Personalised orders can take up to 14 days before dispatch at peak times although most of the time orders a dispatched with in 3-4 days.  Orders without personalisation are packed first so their dispatch is not affected.  

We do not drop ship any of our products.

If you place an order with a pre-ordered item your whole order will be held and shipped together when the pre-ordered item arrives.
