    For Best Results:

    Packing Hot Foods:

    1. Pre-warm the food jar by filling it with freshly boiled water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
    2. Empty the water and immediately fill the jar with pre-heated HOT food.
    3. Seal the lid tightly right away.
    4. Important: Avoid placing the jar in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack, as it will cause the food to cool down faster than usual.

    Packing Cold Foods:

    1. Add ice water to the container for 5-10 minutes to chill it.
    2. Empty the water and quickly fill the jar with your desired cold food, packing it as tightly as possible.
    3. Close the lid promptly.

Note: The type of food affects how long it will stay warm. Foods like soups tend to retain heat longer, while items like chicken nuggets may cool down faster. The more air around the food, the quicker it will lose heat.
