Here's everything you need to know about personalising your purchase:

• How does personalisation work?
  Personalisation is completed as entered, so please double-check spelling, grammar, and capitalisation before submitting your order.

• Where will the personalisation appear?
  For bottles, engraving will typically be placed at the top, aligned with the logo. If the logo is on the top of the bottle, we will engrave on the reverse side. Please note that engraving placement may be adjusted due to bottle design patterns.

• Can I choose the placement of my personalisation?
  Yes we usually personalise horizontally.   However, the engraver may adjust the placement to best fit the item. If you're unsure about fitting your text, feel free to contact us before ordering or leave a note on your order in the notes section at the checkout.  Ensure your phone number is correct so we can contact you. 

• How long will it take to personalise my item?
  Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for the engraving process.

• Care instructions for engraved items:
  Stainless steel items with engravings are recommended to be hand-washed only to ensure the engraving lasts.
