1. Freezing: Freeze the ice pack flat and without its black outer fabric cover. This helps maintain its shape and effectiveness.

2. Cleaning: If any frozen residue accumulates on the outside of the ice pack, gently remove it before placing the ice pack inside the cover or bag.

3. Usage: Always use the included black fabric ice pack cover when using the ice pack inside your lunch bag. The cover is specifically designed to reduce condensation and keep your lunches dry and fresh.

As for using the ice pack, follow the steps below

1. Place the ice pack inside the black fabric ice pack cover before placing it in your lunch bag. This ensures proper insulation and cooling.

2. Make sure the ice pack is fully frozen before using it. For maximum effectiveness, freeze it for the recommended amount of time stated in the product instructions.
