Sending noodles to school… now there’s a controversial topic 😅🍜
As a mum who has catered for friends and family with all sorts of different food needs over the years — allergies, fussy eating, food preferences, peer pressure and everything in between — I have learnt that feeding kids isn’t always as simple as it looks from the outside.
We all want to offer nutritious, fresh foods where we can, and they will always be my first choice. But real life — and feeding kids — isn’t always that simple.
I’m a big believer that fed is best, and sometimes finding something a child will happily eat is a win in itself. There’s absolutely a place for those “sometimes foods” too. 💛
I think most of us are simply doing our best to provide our kids with the best food we can, within our means and, importantly, what they will actually eat ❤️
That’s why I was genuinely so excited to be introduced to ODI. I genuinely love what this brand is doing and the options they are creating for families. For me, their noodles are a way better option than many of the alternatives that have traditionally been available.
Want to send noodles to school or take them out and about?
A good insulated food jar makes it so much easier.
I recommend using a Food Jar around 400ml for a packet of ODI noodles
It is recommended to eat the noodles at first break as noodles are one of the food types that don't retain heat as well as a soup or curry etc

We have a range of food jars that are perfect for packing warm noodles, pasta and other alternatives to sandwiches. I’ll pop the link below for anyone looking for one. 🍜

If anyone is struggling with feeding their child or has concerns, I will always recommend reaching out to the appropriate health professionals for individual support and guidance.
