Make sure to dry it thoroughly before adding food items like chicken nuggets or sausage rolls. If you're worried about excess moisture, you can place a piece of paper towel at the bottom to absorb it.
Once your food jar is preheated, fill it with your preheated food. It's important to add the food as hot as safely possible to maintain its temperature for longer. Soups, spaghetti Bolognese, and similar dishes tend to retain heat better than noodles and rice.
To optimize the insulation, fill the jar all the way to the top with your hot food. This helps minimize the circulation of air inside the jar, which can cool the food more quickly.
